PACE is seeking a financial coach to work alongside our clients to achieve their financial goals. If you will bring that sense of excitement and knowledge to our clients, PACE would love for you to join our team!

Peer Recovery Coach

PACE is seeking a compassionate individual with lived experience in recovery and a passion for helping others. This role provides peer support, guidance, and resources to help clients navigate recovery, overcome barriers, and build long-term stability.

Pre-Release Coordinator

This position focuses on preparing individuals for release from incarceration by facilitating workshops, providing pre-release services, linking individuals to a range of community-based services, and utilizing PACE’s care-coordinated model for case management services to ensure all clients receive the services necessary to ensure a successful re-entry upon release from incarceration. 

Volunteer & Outreach Intern

This internship will focus on assisting the Director of Development & Marketing with development activities including community outreach events, marketing initiatives, events and volunteer management. 

Employment Program Coach

We seek a person with workforce development experience capable of interacting PACE participants and facilitating employment readiness workshops.  This position is also responsible for assisting the Employment Team with providing employment coaching, and retention services.
