PACE empowers ‘Opportunity Youth’ (individuals aged 17-24 who are disconnected from school and work)
PACE + EmployIndy
PACE is a Youth Employment Services (YES) site via Employ Indy, serving young adults aged 17-24 who are currently not employed, enrolled, or enlisted.
YES clients tour and meet with employers, receive specialized training, complete financial coaching, and more.
PACE is also a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) site, working to get Americans into high-quality jobs and careers.
Program Guidelines for YES:
Must reside in Marion County
Must be 17-24 Years old
Be unemployed/underemployed
Previous/current justice involvement
Not currently enrolled in school or training
And/or the following:
English is your second language
Pregnant and/or parenting
No high school education
